Pre-season training in underway…

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6pm at Crown park.

Dust off your boots, try and locate a good set of lungs, and bring as much strapping tape required to get you through and back into the swing of things. Don’t be afraid to bring a mate along either. See you there!
