Monday night business house football will be back in November 2024!

Dates are below:

Monday 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th November 2021

Monday 6th, 13th, 20th December 2021

Monday 17th, 24th, 31st January 2022

Monday 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th February 2022

Monday 7th March 2022

 

  • Games will run 20 minute halves
  • 7 aside – no limit to squad numbers
  • Monday nights 6pm – 8pm
  • Total teams limited to 16 (first in first served)
  • You may only have maximum of 2 male footballers (anyone who is a registered footballer in Comet in the past 2 years) on the field at any one time (if you have more, the footballers must sub for other footballers….goalie doesn’t count)
  • Maximum of 2 under 16 year olds per team with a minimum age of 14
  • Must have a minimum of two girls on the field at all times
  • You must have a minimum of one unregistered female on the field at all times
  • When nominated your team must supply 4 referees
  • $250 entry fee per team (Payment by bank transfer using the team name as the reference – Taupo AFC Football 03-0430-0246035-000)
  • Entries cut off Friday 22nd October

RULES

  • NO SLIDE TACKLES
  • Only blatant off sides
  • If the ball goes out we use throw ins to re-enter play.
  • No corners…however if deemed as negative play (i.e. deliberately kicked ball over the goal line) a corner in will be awarded to the opposition to be taken
  • Blatant hand ball to be enforced. (players protecting themselves will not be penalised)
  • You may wear boots with moulds or blades or turf shoes.
  • The referees decision is final…no arguing with the ref.
  • Any issues with the amount of registered players you need to tell the ref before the game is over.
  • If you don’t follow the rules you will lose points.
  • It is social football so have fun and play fair.
